Picior diabetic. Fasceită plantară
Diabetic Foot. Sole Fasceitis
(L.S., m., 55 ani / years old)
Clinical Manifestations:
diabetic patient, with pricked sole wound about 10 days ago, registrated and incised in another unity.
Clinic
: bolnav diabetic, cu plagă înțepată plantară cu 10 zile în urmă, internat și incizat în altă unitate.
Lincar transversal wound to sole`s tibial edge with blackish and blackelly wound`s bottom rotten smell. Decompensated diabetes.
Plagă lineară transversală către marginea tibială a plantei, cu fundul plăgii negricios sfacelat, cu miros putrid. Diabet decompensat.
Intraoperativ Aspect
( fasciotomy, drenage): extended and necrotizing sole`s fasciitis.
Aspect intraoperator
(fasciectomie drenaj): fasceită necrotizantă plantară extinsă.
Control after one month.
Control la 1 lună.
